Orders
Orders are final once placed. We do not accept returns on grocery items. If there is an issue with your order quality, contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
Delivery
We deliver within our listed service pincodes only. Delivery times are estimates — we aim for same-day but cannot guarantee in exceptional circumstances.
Payments
COD orders must be paid in full to the rider. Unpaid COD orders may result in account suspension.
Account
One account per phone number. You are responsible for keeping your OTP confidential.
